Ben Lomond are men's fingerless mitts. Knit from a sport weight, they are warm yet light weight. They are form fitting with a beautifully crafted thumb gusset.
The pattern in clearly written and all measurements are in US and metric.
YARN: 225 yd / 200 m of sport weight
NEEDLES: You will need needles for your preferred small circumference knitting method (double points, magic loop, etc) in the following size:
- US 1.5 / 2.5 mm
TOOLS: 2 stitch makers, stitch holder or waste yarn, tapestry needle
GAUGE: 52 stitches and 44 rows in 4" / 10 cm in 2x2 ribbing, unstretched
SIZING: Men's one size
- 7-9" / 18-23 cm hand cicumference
TO FIT: Measure hand around palm above (but not including) thumb.
