Snow Ghost Slouchy is knit in the round from the brim up. It features a knit-in-hem for warmth and to help retain shape over time.
Two charts are included. One with a dark background and another with a light background. Work from the chart that best represents your choice in colors.
YARN: Aran (heavy worsted) weight yarn. Shown in PDS Worsted.
- Main Color: 135 (160) yd / 125 (145) m (shown in PDS Worsted Juice)
- Contrast Color: 110 (130) yd / 100 (120) m (shown in PDS Worsted Platinum)
NEEDLES: The needle size in parenthesis is for the larger hat.
- US 6 (7) / 4.0 (4.5) mm (for brim)
- US 7 (8) / 4.5 (5.0) mm (for main body and crown)
NOTIONS: stitch markers, and tapestry needle for weaving ends.
GAUGE: 20 (18) stitches and 32 (28) rows to 4 in / 10 cm using larger needles in Stockinette stitch
